Florida Senate President & Senators Join in Supporting Aaron Bean for Congress

Fernandina Beach, Fla. – Republican candidate for Florida Congressional District 4 Aaron Bean today announced that the Florida Senate President and a host of Florida senators have joined in support of his campaign for Congress.

“I am grateful that Senate President Wilton Simpson and colleagues who served alongside me in the Florida Senate have endorsed my candidacy for Congress,” said Bean. “The strong conservative principles and values I advocated for while in the Florida Senate I will take to Washington. The people of Northeast Florida have had enough of the liberal policies that undermine our freedoms and economy, and I look forward to joining the Republican federal fight to put an end to it.”

“No one has fought harder for the rights of North Florida’s families and businesses than Aaron Bean,” said Senate President Simpson. “His passion for our shared conservative values – protecting the unborn, keeping our taxes low, fighting for parental rights and defending the constitution – has made Florida a model for the rest of the nation. I am proud to endorse my friend Aaron Bean because Floridians deserve a proven conservative who will take on Washington liberals.”

Those that are supporting Bean’s campaign for Congress include:

  • State Senate President Wilton Simpson
  • State Senator Dennis Baxley

Bean currently represents the people of Nassau and Duval counties in the Florida Senate, serving in the Republican-led Senate as its Senate President Pro Tempore. Elected to the Senate in 2012 and to the Florida House before that, Bean has been a noted advocate for lowering taxes on hardworking Floridians and focusing on pro-business, pro-family initiatives and supporting the Florida freedom agenda and policies of Governor DeSantis. Bean has long served his local community, while raising a family and running a small business, with a focus on knowing what it means to work hard every day and on what his community needs.
